Workplace grief support

Grief impacts everyone

People who are grieving too often struggle in silence, and most organizations don't know how to help. We do.

Based on a nationally recognized 30+ year model, we provide clinically guided grief support. We work with your company to support your employees through grief and build a grief-sensitive workplace.

Connect us to volunteers

Offer a meaningful long-term volunteer opportunity for your employees to give back. No experience is necessary. We provide 20+ hours of in-house training to our Volunteer Group Leaders, along with clinical support throughout their entire time co-leading a grief support group. Once onboarded, volunteers provide immeasurable support to grieving individuals for just 10–12 hours a month.
