Workplace grief support
Grief impacts everyone

People who are grieving too often struggle in silence, and most organizations don't know how to help. We do.
Based on a nationally recognized 30+ year model, we provide clinically guided grief support. We work with your company to support your employees through grief and build a grief-sensitive workplace.

Grief is a workplace issue

The Grief Recovery Institute estimates unsupported grief costs U.S. companies every year in lost productivity, absenteeism, turnover, burnout, and healthcare impacts.
Most workplaces aren't prepared for grief
Even companies deeply invested in employee wellbeing often lack the grief-informed training, response protocols, and support pathways their people need.
Support in our center, and in yours

In our center, we offer
- Adult grief support groups
- Family support groups for children and teens
Groups are matched by age, relationship to the person who died, and stage of grief, so colleagues can speak openly with people who understand.

Within your company, we offer
- On-site grief response after the death of an employee
- Co-branded grief-informed management training and resources to support your team
- Support resources for workplace re-entry for bereaved employees

Connect us to volunteers
Offer a meaningful long-term volunteer opportunity for your employees to give back. No experience is necessary. We provide 20+ hours of in-house training to our Volunteer Group Leaders, along with clinical support throughout their entire time co-leading a grief support group. Once onboarded, volunteers provide immeasurable support to grieving individuals for just 10–12 hours a month.
